What data do we process?

When you visit our website or contact us, we may process personal data. This includes data you provide yourself in a form or email, technical data about your visit and data needed to keep the website secure and usable.

We do not collect more data than is needed for the purpose for which it is used. For every new use, we check whether the purpose is clear, proportionate and explainable.

Data we may process

The data we process depends on how you use our website and whether you contact us.

Security data

Google Analytics 4 and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. This allows us to measure, for example, which pages are visited, how visitors navigate through the site and which content helps people find relevant information.

We may also use other forms of tracking, such as campaign measurement, conversion measurement or similar analytics tools. Where consent is required, we ask for it before the relevant tracking becomes active.

Tracking data is used to improve the website and our communication. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Why do we process data?

Personal data is used only for clear business and website processes.

To answer questions, schedule appointments and follow up requests carefully.

Website management

Retention, sharing and security

We do not retain personal data for longer than needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention duty applies. We retain contact details for as long as needed to handle your question, relationship or assignment properly.

We share data only with parties that are necessary for our operations, such as hosting, analytics, email or scheduling services. Where needed, we make agreements about security, confidentiality and processing.

Datalab takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your privacy rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing activities or withdraw consent you previously gave.

Send your request to our general email address. We will respond as quickly as possible and within the statutory period.
